We do not refund if you simply changed your mind or placed the wrong order. We only refund if it is our fault in packaging your order and cause breakage in transit, or we shipped the wrong orders. If there is any faulty products or breakage during delivery we will give you refund with your copy/photo proof of purchase and the faulty/breakage products. You may need to ship the item back to us in order to claim your full refund (shipping cost not included).
